Slippery Slope

I've just consumed the first mince pie of the year. It's reminded me
how much I like them :-(

Another Day, Another decade

Today, I am mostly turning thirty. It's just like any other birthday,
it just happens to have a zero on the end.

No big parties, no special presents (so far I've got a hat, a book -
complete with Jools Holland tickets as a book-mark and a couple of
CDs). Just a nice meal out with Charlotte and a drink with a few
friends in the village this evening.

I'll be Sailing at Rudyard this weekend, I'm sure I'll see some of you there.
