Wanted - Urgently

Enthusiam for explorers tonight!

Still don't have a programme typed up

Work work work work

Currently at work, still temping, still no 'proper' job. Although I'm busy and have lots to do however, (and for the benefit of anyone official, I'm getting on with it), it's monotonous and I'm bored!

Summer Holidays

We're now getting around to thinking about our summer holidays for next year and Swedish SAGGA camp features high up the list. If anyone is also thinking about it (or does so soon) and would like to share a cabin on DFDS Newcastle-Gothenburg route, to help reduce costs, then get in touch.

We're likely (although nothing's finalised yet!) to be going out to Gothenburg just before camp, spending a few days there with friends, then going to camp for the majority of the time, and then taking a few days to drive round southern Norway to get the ferry back from Kristiansand. We may also be taking our bikes.

More Miracles!

We'll be playing our Saxophones in church as part of a Sax Trio on Sunday for the second time in a couple of months!

One of the pieces we're playing and the choir is singing, is in 5/4 time, and is fairly modern and has quite a jazzy feel to it (Think Dave Brubeck's Take Five and you get an idea). This is quite an achievement for a church that is currently fairly traditional in its views and actions.

We are slowly moving it forwards, but these things must not be rushed - as with walking in a group, you need to move at the pace of the slowest member, it can be frustrating for those at the front, but that's how it's got to be for safety!
