New bit on the side

I've subscribed to What the Papers Say for a few years now. It not only e-mails me a quality selection of news stories, with a bite-sized snippets of them, but every now-and-again there is a really quirky story they find. It amuses me for a while over lunch time looking through the stories. I found today that they can supply a news-feed with only a couple of additional html lines, and the stories get updated automagically each day.

Hopefully if they link here, and I keep plugging my own website where you can download my CV and a copy of my MSc thesis, my own site will creep up googles rankings!

Still Temping

I'm still temping in the Student Records office of the local HE college. It's as dull as dishwater, but gives me some money each week.

Someone PLEASE give me a decent job!

I've now finished my MSc course, and passed with a reasonable mark (I think - I've not got the mark sheet back yet!)

I'm now temping, while I continue the search for permanent work.
